Building a practice and off-shore developer community of more than 30 employees across the world. Shaping a healthy team culture that encourages high quality standards, collaboration and knowledge sharing. Conducting mentoring and coaching activities for people’s career management.
Advancing Heineken’s engineering practices to enable faster delivery cycles and speed-to-market through best-practises for DevOps and automation. Defined integration standards and development best practises to ensure delivery quality and consistency across distributed teams.
Collaborated with internal stakeholders, external partners and distributed teams to ensure that resources are in place and operating effectively. Defined a financial cross-charging model based on API subscriptions to sustain development and operational costs.
